Kiara Shadowbreaker

Kiara Shadowbreaker is the castellan of Burle. She has led many successful incursions into The Dreadwood. She is always aware of the threat from the forests inhabitants, which makes her grim. She keeps warriors and rangers headquartered here, ready to fight in a flash. She finds trouble in every bit of news, and is particularly keen on news regarding the Scarlet Brotherhood, who she is convinced poses a dire threat to her region. She hires spies covertly to investigate Duke Marik Feldren to find proof he has been compromised by Scarlet Brotherhood agents.
