Lords of Balance

In Gary Gygax's novel Come Endless Darkness, the lords of Balance include Basiliv the Demiurge, the Cat Lord, Mordenkainen, Tenser, the King of Shadow, the Heirophants of the Cabal, Kelanen, Heward, Lord Donal, Murlynd, Keoghtom, Venerable Yocasta, Venerable Nastan, and Zagyg.

The lords of Balance seek to ensure that neither Law nor Chaos (nor Good nor Evil) wins the great cosmic game. They meet on another plane of existence, the realm of the Cat Lord, in a large, low-ceilinged chamber.
