Frush O'Suggill was one of the adventurers who helped thwart the schemes of Eclavdra and Lolth during the first rise of the giants in Sterich circa 576 CY. He is currently Captain-General of Istivin's city watch, commanding two hundred guards in defense of the city.

Description

Frush is a strong and agile warrior, still hale and hearty in middle age. A large scar disfigures his face. He speaks Common, Elvish, Orcish, and his alignment tongue.

Relationships

Frush is a former adventuring companion of Beek Gwenders of Croodle, Cloyer Bulse the Magsman, Faffle Dwe'o-mercraeft, Flerd Trantle, Fonkin Hoddypeak, Gleep Wurp the Eyebiter, Redmod Dumple, and Roaky Swerked.

Frush is loyal to Sterich and to Marchioness Resbin Dren Emondav. He occasionally meets with his old friends Redmod Dumple, now Prince of the Dwarven Court, and the high priest Randos of Zilchus.

History

Born in 543 CY, Frush was already a seasoned veteran when he led the expedition to punish a miscreant hill giant chief, a quest that led to unraveling a vaster web of conspiracies that threatened to pull all of Oerth into the Abyss. After returning from the Demonweb Pits he studied at Furyondy's College of War and fought for Furyondy in the Greyhawk Wars. When the wars were over he came to Istivin to help liberate Sterich, and was given the title of Captain-General of Istivin's watch by Marquis Querchard.

Frush was one of the original pre-generated tournament characters used when Gary Gygax ran Steading of the Hill Giant Chief at cons.
