This is well-written, but I can't tell what's a pull quote and what's summary. It's difficult to tell exactly, but it feels like there's an unnecessary amount of direct pull quotes from the original sources—it's hard to tell because no direct citations are given for individual statements, just general citations more like bibliographical notes.

I did find one; the <blockquote> section now under "In Living Greyhawk" is a direct copy from the read-aloud narrative section of an LG adventure. It addresses the reader/audience with "you see" and such. But, the entire section needs to be rewritten to summarize the info, not just the "you's" removed. There's too much there for a single quote, it covers many distinct aspects of the settlement and various locations.
