Biffant is a Duke of Hell in the service of Dispater.
Description
Biffant appears as a portly devil with diabolic features (except his tail is tufted), and has green eyes, red skin, inward curving horns, and curiously, a permenant smile etched on his face.
Relationships
Biffant is a vassal of Dispater, serving as Dispater's provost, running the affairs of the palace, from its staff, and with Bel and Baalzephon gone, its troops.
