Demihuman
"Demihuman" is a term used in early editions (second edition and prior) which is collective name for races who were not human but had a similar physiology, and included only player character races in the Player's Handbook.
They are peoples of the dwarves, elves, half-elves, halflings, and gnomes.[1][2]
