Balaour is small town in the lands of Prince Farland of House Darmen near Jalpa that is heavily suspected by a superstitious populace to be the home of a great spectral black hound [1]
History
Geography
Balaour is a small town on the banks of the Flanmi River, between Jalpa and Torrich. The area is surrounded by a barren moor that is known sink holes disguised in the bog that suck men in to drown. [2]
Heraldry
Prevalent among the population is neck pendent with a hound's head motif worn by the villagers as a protective amulet.
