Description
Personality
Otis is not liked by anyone in Brookhollow except a few ne'er-do-wells though the feeling is mutual. He's also thought highly of by the owner/proprietor of Cutter's Inn, Tril Cutter.
Activities
Benbough worked for an evil cleric, kidnapping people for forced mining, in order to secretly dig beneath the ruins of Castle Overlook to release ancient bound evils in a sealed chamber therein. He is often out of town for business, south along the river or north in the nearby woodland known locally as the "Gnollwood".
Relationships
Otis is a henchman named of Kor Bloodaxe. Otis works in his employ as a spy, slaver, and mercenary. The owner of the local inn, Tril Cutter, is convinced (inaccurately) that Otis loves her, though he just uses her for information about locals and travelers. He allied himself with a local band of kobolds and frequently gets them to aid him, as well as encouraging them to attack adventurers.
Appearances
Otis Benbough only ever appeared in one adventure, listed below.
