A brief description of how to fill out each parameter follows:

  • Image: Various spellings or other names the item is known by
  • Type: A word or phrase describing the type of item it is. E.g., artifact, sword, headwear, cloak, adventuring gear, foodstuff, etc.
  • Alignment: In the case of magical items, if the item itself is aligned, put the alignment here. Do not add wikilinks to alignments
  • Price: The cost of the item, from an official source
  • Body: Which "body slot" the item occupies
  • Caster: Caster Level of the item
  • School: The school of magic the item's aura displays
  • Weight: The weight of the item, listed in an officially published source
  • Location: If the item is known to be in or from a specific place, place the name of it here, in wikilinks [[like this]]
  • First: The name of the officially published source in which the item originally appeared.
