Llarnen is the Admiral in charge of the fleet out of Prymp in South Province of the Great Kingdom, which also grants him governance over the city of Prymp, or at least did in the years before the Greyhawk Wars, before the collapse of the Great Kingdom. While he does not have any impressive and well-known victories, he also is not infamous for any dumb mistakes. He is known to hoard ill gotten gains from piracy and slaving. [1]
Description
Appearance
A human man of 5'11" and a medium build with wavy brown hair flecked with grey, and hazel eyes.[1]
Personality
Llarnen is excessively cruel, and prescribes beatings to his men for minor infractions.
Equipment and possessions
Llarnen has two magic items of note. One is a +4 scimitar that allows him to cast water walk once a day for 12 rounds or two minutes out of combat. The second is a bowl of commanding water elementals specifically made for him by his brother Reydrich [1]

Admiral Llarnen got his position at least in part because his brother Reydrich is graf of South Province. He maintains loyalty to his brother, mostly due to the fact that it is beneficial for him to have the ruler be his brother and knows that he has his brothers trust rather than any fraternal affection.
