A brief description of how to fill out each parameter follows:
- image—the main displayed image for the archfiend. use this format: [[File:ImageName.png|250px]] If an image is needed, please use the Upload Page to add one. JPG, PNG, or similar format, not more than 100dpi and no more than 400px wide.
- caption—briefly describe the image displayed above, including art credit, if the artist is known
- name—only use this parameter if the creator's name is different than the page name
- nationality—the national demonym where the creator is from. E.g.—British, American, Spanish, Dutch, etc.
- born—the birthdate (if known) of the creator, or at least the year
- birthplace——the place the creator was born. (City, State/Province, Nation)
- died—the date the creator passed away, if they are no longer living
- deathplace—the place the creator passed away. (City, State/Province, Nation)
- first greyhawk work—the name (wikilinked) of the specific Greyhawk product the author is first credited in
- notableworks— 1 to 4 of the creator's most popular or significant Greyhawk works
- alias—various other names the creator is known by, such as screennames, pen names, or other pseudonyms. Do not include former names of trans people here.
- spouse—the name of the subject's spouse (in a wikilink, if applicable)
- children—the number and/or name of the subject's children
- relatives—names of the subject's notable relatives (in a wikilink, if applicable)
- signature— a clear, good example of the creator's autograph. This image must adhere to information privacy policy. It must be from a public, free image, or used with the creator's express permission.
- sigcaption—a brief note regarding the signature, if any is warranted.
