Cli is a city on the Isle of Cli in the nation of Perrenland. The city has an estimated population of 950, which includes approximately 50 lizardfolk.
The city is home to the premier college of the Voice of the Kerk, a learning center for bards. The town has one main road leading from the docks, up-hill through the town and to the main college buildings.
The festival of Hachjemuziek is held every two years, celebrating the role that music has held in the life of Perrenland's people. Even though the building is still under construction, visit the Vroed Library and look at the famed Lyre of Cli, perhaps the most precious of the Flan artifacts preserved by the Voice of the Kerk.
