Page needs to be summarized

The massive quote on this page needs to be removed, and parsed between "History" and "Rumors and legends". This quote is far too long, and includes the entire article.

If the page is going to be cleaned up, the direct copy/paste cannot remain. Some use of {{quoted text}} is fine, but this much is beyond the limits acceptable bythe Great Library of Greyhawk wiki's policies in the Manual of Style and Writing Guidelines.

We need to see if we can find an editor willing to work on better summarizing the content. I have temporarily hidden the quoted text (but it's still there in the code), 'til further editing can be done.

Just wanted to take a minute and say "Thanks" for editing the external links to a link at the Wayback Machine, since the Wizards.com archive is no longer accessible.

You don't have to apologize for not knowing the format for link text or whatever. That's why the wiki is a cooperative effort!! Thanks again for drawing our attention to the dead link! I updated it!
