Description
Blarco is a prosperous and unusually civilized town that has grown around Castle Blarco, thanks to military wealth and trade from travelers. House Mhoran holds extensive lands in the area and sponsors a grand masked ball each summer.[1]

Geography
Blarco is in the Cairn Hills, west of Goldplain, on a trade to the Free City of Greyhawk, near the headwaters of the River Staven.[2]
