"Erianhrel is a ruined treehouse settlement of the wood elves of the Adri Forest, abandoned by them long ago when the Coldwood came into being. The houses are long overgrown with trailing vines, creepers and moss, and the elves left little behind them. Foresters are very superstitious about this place, and so are the humanoids of the Adri. Neither will approach within several miles of Erianrhel. They fear that elvish or faerie enchantment will steal them from the mortal world, never to return. Rangers and druids know better. There are some faerie creatures here, but none are hostile."[1]
Notable individuals
- Elmennanibinaquen or Elmen—an elm treant, who possesses telepathic abilities and is familiar with events of the forest.
Publishing History
This elven town was published in Dragon magazine #208 (1994), as content from the then-cancelled Ivid the Undying. It is also marked on the accompanying map by Michael Scott, and it had a brief entry. The full content of Ivid was later published online in 1995.
