Core Beliefs is a series of articles detailing various "core" deities from the D&D game.
Description
These articles take a close look at individual deities who are considered some of the most common in the D&D "core world".[1] At the time, the World of Greyhawk was considered the core world.[2] Similarly, these deities are among the third edition "core D&D pantheon".[3] The "core deities"[4][5] are defined for that edition as either being included in the third edition Player's Handbook (2000)[6][7]. Some other deities are listed in core sourcebooks because they were mentioned in the third edition Monstrous Manual (2000).[8]
