Elliast Moroneth is a mid-level priest of Pholtus who managed to escape Ivid’s purge and tends to those in the Viper Tenements of Rauxes He is known for casting cure disease as many times as he can to help those stricken by plague.[1]
Description
Appearance
Elliast's youth is quite apparent. He has sandy blonde hair, light hazel eyes, and stands 5'9".[1].
Personality
Elliast is kind and giving without being naïve. He knows that he will not find converts in the Vipers Tenements but is motivated to help in any case by a sense of pity, seeing the suffering all around him [1]. He has learned to be cautious about trusting strangers, particularly those who offer him help, as he fear Imperial Spies.[2]
The only thing that keeps Moroneth from escaping Rauxes for the Theocracy of the Pale, is that he ministers to the refugees of Rauxes, and wants to provide for them first.[2]
Religion
Elliast is a devotee to Pholtus. He continues to give sermons, though he knows few will convert, and to keep the faith, descpite the fact that the worship of any good-aligned deity is prohibited under Ivid.[2]
Equipment and possessions
Elliast has two magic items he carries. The first is chainmail +1 and the second is his mace. His mace is not only a mace +1, but also allows the wielder to cast cure disease once weekly.[1]
