Preview events

The campaign was previewed for the first time at MagicCon: Chicago (February 21-23, 2025),[1][2]

The preview adventures are premiere events, and are based on previous story elements, centered around the Temple of Elemental Evil —

  • LoG-Core-1-1 A Village Called Hommlet—"Caravans are long overdue and whispers of danger drift through every tavern. A call for aid in Hommlet arrives, as dark shadows creep in ancient and forgotten places once more."[3][4] By Eric Menge.[5]
  • LoG-Core-1-2 Darkness in Nulb—Investigations move from Hommlet to Nulb.[4] "Nulb is the perfect place to gather information on those who wish to remain hidden."[3] By Sean Merwin.[5]
  • LoG-Core-1-3 Ruins of the Moathouse (Level 20 VIP Exclusive)— Investigating a ruin east of Hommlet connected to the Temple of Elemental Evil.[4] By Greg Marks.[5]
  • LoG-Core-1-S1 Battle of Emridy Meadows (Special Event)—Takes place seven years before the others, at the Battle of Emridy Meadows.[6] "Forces of good have united to stand against the rising elemental powers."[3] By Will Doyle.[5]

Campaign launch event

The campaign's official start was Jul 31–Aug 3, 2025 at GenCon 2025. The adventures for the launch event at Gencon 2025 were announced on 4 May 2025.[3] These are premiere events, and are in addition to the preview events (above) which were also run at GenCon 2025.

Wreck of the Wyrmglass Special Event: Author-only Thomas Valley 2026-08-29 Dragon Con; Atlanta, GA 1-4 576 CY Leukish
Ashoria is a fishing village on the southern coast of Nyr Dyv, something of an outlying suburb of Leukish. For years, it was a quiet place where a few families of humans and kobolds lived side-by-side fishing off the Koboon Docks. Of late, however, treasure hunters seeking remnants of the fabled Isles of Woe have descended on the sole Inn and camped out around the village after a group of children discovered a shipwreck off the shore of the town. You find yourself among the treasure hunters, seeking a fortune of your own. A Legends of Greyhawk Author Only adventure run by the author.
The Ruins of Sulm Special Event: Author-only Greg Marks 2026-03-19 GameholeCon; Madison, WI 1-4 576 CY Bright Desert
The Archmage Rary has grown concerned about the growing threat of the Elder Elemental Eye. When rumors reach him of a fire cult rising in the Bright Desert among the ruins of ancient Sulm, he sends you to look into it and report back. A Legends of Greyhawk Author Only adventure run by the author for characters 1st to 4th level, optimized for 3rd-level characters.
