The Coutl River is a river in Hepmonaland, in the Centeo Jungle.
Description
" Like its sister river, the Quetzal, this river is fast and has worn a deep channel in the flatlands[1]"
History
Geography
The Coutl flows out of the Odan Ridge, 130 miles southwest of Tchlapac Lake. It runs northeast through the Centeo Jungle and empties into the lake.
