Grumbar Mumbar Brumbar Rooster Tumbar is the leader of the Ground hogs in Seltaren.[1]
Description
Grumbar is a male gnome with a typical large nose. He has a long gray braided beard but a completely shaven head.

Grumbar is the leader of the Groundhogs, a band of thieves with the Rogues of Seltaren. Lisendha (female half-elf Rng3) and Kavin Houndswallow (male halfling Sor3) are both members of the band.
He has several cousins in House Burlondin.
History
His band of rogues should have won "The Night that Nothing Happens" (a competitive treasure hunt game held in Seltaren) in 590 CY, but their teammate, Kavin, fell. Instead of finishing the event, they took him to a temple to be healed.
