Icar was a human fighter and active member of the Slave Lords during their heyday (576 to 580 CY). He was second-in-command of the hill fort in the Pomarj known as the Slavers' Stockade), charged with overseeing the Stockade's forces.
Description
Icar is 7' tall, with black skin (he may be Touv). Though he is completely blind, special training has heightened his senses to superhuman levels, thus allowing his to "see" better than a sighted person. He wields a magic greatsword named Death's Master, and wears black plate armor with a horned helm lacking eye holes. Icar is feared for both his tactical ability and physical prowess.
Relationships
Icar's lieutenant at the Slavers' Stoockade, the ogre Executioner, is also his "battle-won friend." During his time at the Slavers' Stockade, he reported to Markessa, who was in charge of the slaving operation at the fortress. He has kept a medusa prisoner in his personal quarters in the fort.
History
Icar was born blind, but as a child received "special training" at an unnamed monastery which heightened his other senses, making his blindness inconsequential.
