Loyal Brotherhood of the Lizard is a secrertive organization of the Duchy of Urnst.[1][2]
Description
The Loyal Brotherhood of the Lizard is the last remnants of an ancient fraternity for noble wizards that extends its roots back into the old Suel Imperium. It is a group that otherwise boring, stuffy old men can belong to and let down some of their social guards
The group retains some traditions, such as a secret handshake (a sequence of hand slaps and fist bumps) and a "hang ten"-like secret sign, symbolizing the ears of their mascot, the shocker lizard. Despite its diminished state, the Brotherhood emphasizes mentorship, with relationships ranging from brief encounters to years-long connections.
History
The Loyal Brotherhood of the Lizard is a declining fraternity of noble wizards with origins in the ancient Suel Imperium, perhaps far reaching across all of the Flanaess at one time, it is mostly confined to the Duchy of Urnst these days. Once influential politically, socially, and magically, the group is now more of a social club for aging wizards to relax and mentor newer members.

- The First Circle is the introductory rank of the Loyal Brotherhood of the Lizard, commonly held by Duchy of Urnst nobles who dabble in magic, though many rarely attend functions.
- Second Circle
- This rank is held by more powerful spell casters who are the leaders and mentors in the Brotherhood.
Structure
Meetings of the Loyal Brotherhood of the Lizard are held monthly in Nellix, in secret headquarters owned by a group of Second Circle Brothers.
