Ostverk
Ostverk is a village (in 579 CY) located in the Kron Hills in the southern part of the Viscounty of Verbobonc, south of Hommlet on the road to Celene and its capital, Enstad.[1]
It was referred to as a "village" in 579 CY, suggesting a population at that time of 600-900 [2].
Local militia and foresters of the Waldgraf of Ostverk apparently checked, but did not stop, the spread of outlawry following the establishment of the Temple of Elemental Evil between 569 CY and 569 CY, suggesting Hommlet was within or adjacent to the area under the control of the Waldgraf. [3]
Given its location in the Kron Hills the village presumably was entirely or had a large gnome population.
