Stuart Kerrigan is best known as the author and co-author of several articles for the Living Greyhawk campaign.

Biography

Kerrigan was born in southern Scotland. According to Kerrigan, he is "an academic (probably wishing he was gaming) in the UK,"[1] as well as "Scotsman. Left-Handed. IT Geek. Raconteur. Wit. I am some of these."[2]

Kerrigan attended the University of Dundee, where he earned a BSc (Hons) in Applied Computing. He then undertook four years of study at the Vision Research Group at the University of Dundee, earning a PhD in Computing. In 2005 he began working as a Demonstrator at the Department of Computer Science at the University of Leicester, where he later became a Teaching Fellow in 2008.[3][4]

In 2016, Kerrigan went on to the University of Worcester as a Lecturer, and later to Aston University in 2018 as a Teaching Fellow.[4]

Kerrigan speaks English, French, and Gaelic.[4]

Kerrigan was the first creator to post self-published content on DMsGuild.com (October 17, 2024) when Greyhawk was approved as a setting for use in the Community Content Program on October 15, 2024.[5] Some of the PDFs he has released continue his work using the Fiend-Sage[6] and the Knights of Doom.[7]
