The Teeth of Dahlver-Nar (sometimes also as "Dalhvar-Nar") is a collection of artifacts associated with the priest Dahlver-Nar. Each tooth is associated with a particular vestige.
Description
The Teeth of Dahlver-Nar is a set of teeth of varying size and type. Though most describe the full set as consisting of thirty-two individual teeth, at least thirty-five are known.
To gain the powers of a particular tooth, one must remove his own tooth and replace it with the tooth in question. The individual teeth vary in appearance, matching their associated vestiges, though many appear to be humanoid. The teeth shrink or grow to fit the user's mouth, but just barely.

History
Publishing history
In the first edition Dungeon Master's Guide the Teeth of Dahlver-Nar were described as the actual teeth of Dahlver-Nar himself (p. 161). Their description was changed in second edition's Book of Artifacts and the Teeth became those of a red dragon named Incendax, which were discovered by Dalhvar-Nar (sic, p.101). third edition's Tome of Magic acknowledged both versions as bardic tales, creating a third history which tied both the Teeth and Dahlver-Nar to vestiges, binders, and pact magic (pp. 77-79).
