The copyright for it is most likely held by either Wizards of the Coast and/or artist(s) producing the work in question. It is believed that the use of low-resolution images of creature artwork:

for commentary on the creature or creatures in question,
on the Great Library of Greyhawk, hosted on servers in the United States by Greyhawk Online,

qualifies as Fair Use under United States copyright law. Any other uses of this image, on Greyhawk Online or elsewhere, may be copyright infringement. See Wikipedia:Non-free content for more information.
