Description
This character is a prominent NPC from the Living Greyhawk campaign.
Duke Westin Mori is a very tall and wide shouldered man in his late 20’s.
Relationships
History
Westin Mori had been a representative of the Diocese of Devarnish.
He waited for ten years for his father to abdicate so he could fix what he believes his father messed up. He was very vocal about his father giving too much power to the guild masters and letting Bishop Marquin get away with too much. As soon as he took over, he revoked many laws his father had put into effect and canceled the money for several of the bishop’s pet projects. This did not endear him whatsoever with the local powers and his relationship with them has been strained at best with them since.

By 598 CY, Westin Mori had become Plar of Veluna replacing the deposed incumbent Redin,[1] indicating he was the most powerful noble in Veluna[2].
