: You're absolutely correct!  It does, in fact, say that!  On p.7, it points out on the "Rumor Table" that it is "F"(False) that it means "we surrender!"  And p.16 notes that it means "Hey, rube!"

You're absolutely correct! It does, in fact, say that! On p.7, it points out on the "Rumor Table" that it is "F"(False) that it means "we surrender!" And p.16 notes that it means "Hey, rube!"
