Nyrstran County, in the north of the Duchy of Urnst, runs along the Nyr Dyv from the Cairn Hills and the Vale, almost to the city of Leukish and Leukish County.
"The central coast is a land of sharp coastal heights arising from the Nyr Dyv, hidden coves, safe harbors, and fishing villages. Inland, small fruit farmers enjoy rich yields when not being overrun by bandits, ravagers, and small armies of the nobles. Small carefully preserved forests provide wood and other resources for the population. It is also an area of intense political warfare among the nobles and armed conflict with the sea creatures/invaders who occasionally come ashore. A ready weapon and/or spell is a necessity here."[1]
