In Spring 585 CY Mithat had a massive garrison of 4,000 naval militia and 3,000 infantry & cavalry. It was at that time (and remains) the most important Nyrondese naval base. Fleet Admiral Hugarnd was based there, and major Nyrondese generals and King Archbold were frequent visitors.[1]
