Marcenn Simraith is a leader among the rangers of the Lone Heath, not because he has any particular ambition, but because he is good at mediation. and naturally inclined toward it. He is a cautious leader, noting the need to balance supply raids on the free city with the possibility of harsh reprisal, and unwilling to percipitate drastic changes.

Appearance
Marcenn if 5' 11" with a medium build and has brownish-hazel eyes and tightly curled brown hair that he wears cut short. [1]
Personality
A natural optimist who is soft spoken and both pragmatic and generous, Marcenn is often looked to to give advice because "[his] other great skill is that his suggestions intuitively tell other people that the best thing to do is what they wanted to do anyway. Or, perhaps, by the time he has finished talking the listener is convinced that Marcenn's suggestion is what he wanted to do originally, even if it wasn't."-[1]
