Andy Miller has written articles for the World of Greyhawk setting in Dragon and Dungeon Magazines, and generic AD&D adventures in Dungeon. He has also written a number of works for the Kingdoms of Kalamar setting.

Miller has long used the nom de plume "Max_Writer" since the early 2000s, including when the Wizards of the Coast Gleemax message boards were active ('07-'08), and it continues to be his online psuedonym on contemporary social media.[1]

Though he wrote "Hidden Agendas" in Dragon #256—an article about secret societies—he describes himself as not much of a conspiracy buff and didn't watch The X-Files.[2] His favorite of the Oeridian lesser gods is Delleb, but Rudd is the one he'd most like to meet.

Early life and education

Andy Miller is from Fayetteville, North Carolina.[3] He graduated High Point College (now called High Point University) with a Bachelor of Arts degree in creative writing, and a theater minor.[1][3] He returned to University of North Carolina, Greeenville for his teaching certification. He started tabletop gaming with the Holmes Basic D&D Box in 1979 after reading an article in Games Magazine about Dungeons & Dragons.[1]

Career

Miller had a few articles published in Dragon and Dungeon magazines in the late 90s and early 2000s, eventtually having three full-length third edition Dungeons & Dragons scenario published by Kenzer and Company in 2001.[1][3] He also has writing credits in four other Kenzer products and a Babylon 5 scenario published in Signs & Portents Magazine in 2007.[1]

He is also a creator on YouTube (since 2006), Twitter (X), and Patreon.
