The Hetmann is a Perrenland title given to the elected head of a town or settlement (known as a Stadt) and is part of the local government. As a position, it is the equivalent of mayor.
A Hetmann is sometimes supported and advised by a Stadt Council.
The Hetmann is referred to as Het.
