This category is for the titles of positions of nobility or elected officials.

Examples include regional names like voorman and hintervoorman, graf and beygraf, or other more unusual titles. Some, like king, queen, prince, governor, mayor, ambasssador, lord, lady, duke, duchess, etc. may or may not be defined as they are commonly understood enough. Please note that this page is unlikely ever to list all 'noble' titles discussed in the Great Library of Greyhawk, since some derived/related titles (especially for descendants) and translations may be only discussed in a (sub)section, not on a page of their own. (E.g, king may contain equvalent titles like sultan, pasha, or rhelt. Margrave may mention earl, plar, archbaron or Amir.)

This category works on a broad definition of nobility, including ruling houses of true monarchies, peerage or equivalents, and lower aristocracy or gentry.
