However, the original source, ''Wars'', makes it more clear that fall of Shield Lands occurred after Iuz returned to his homeland in 583 CY, after his conquest of the Horned Society in Coldeven. Bastion of Faith (1999) p.44 asserts that the conquest of the Shield Lands occurred in 582 CY. However, Wars (1991), Adventurer's Book p.9, more clearly asserts that Iuz's conquest of the Shield Lands took place in Flocktime 583 CY.
