Category:Apocrypha

This category includes all manner of setting details which may or may not be topics found primarily or only outside officially published content. While the topics may be officially sanctioned, and are frequently based on officially published material, they may be considered unofficial or non-canonical to the setting.

Apocryphal sources include those approved or published by the IP holder that are of limited value to the setting or made available to a limited audience. This includes novels, comics, RPGA adventures, and many materials produced for the Living Greyhawk campaign.
Some materials or details may be entirely acceptable, but the plot, storyline, or events which occur in particular sources may be exclusive only to that novel, graphic novel, adventure, etc.

Also included in this category are materials that were created for the IP holder, but wound up being cut from the final product, either due to space limitations or other concerns.

Additionally, unofficial materials with distinct Greyhawk references (similar maps, place names, etc) written by published World of Greyhawk™ authors may also be regarded as apocryphal.
