Tavish II, the eldest son of Tavish I of the House of Rholan, became the king of Keoland in 346 CY.[4] His policies were outlined by the Wealsun Proclaimation which Tavish II issues in the early summer of 348 CY. Against the objections of the Council of Niole Dra, Tavish II declared the manifest destiny of the Keoish to the entire Sheldomar Valley and borders.
Tavish II soon invaded western Veluna and annexed the Pomarj Peninsula from the Principality of Ulek. During 362 CY, Tavish II had pushed the rulers of Ket into the {Tusman Hills]], had ordered the extension of a trade road into Molvar and eventually Lopolla; during the same year, the Yeomanry had closed its borders and withdrawn its troops in protest of the Keoish wars of aggression. Over the same time period, Celene expelled the Keoish garrisons from their lands, for much the same reasons.
Soon after this, the Keoish expeditions against Ket began to breakdown, effectively becoming a slow retreat from the region back to Bissel within the next 30 years. By 400 CY, Bissel became the northern Keoland frontier, as the keoish forces withdrew to Thornward and fortified the [Fals Gap]].
